once you click on the city it will bring up your email in the subject line the city in which you will be attending the concert will come up along with the date. In the body of the email state your VIP log in name and that is it. I assume they will contact you via email to let you know if you have been given the chance to meet Miss Alicia Keys. Good luck

Alicia did not disapoint, the show was amazing. She reminded us of her amazing ability to create and wow you with her music. Alicia is the true meaning of what an artist should be and she stays true to her craft.
I had the pleasure and honor of meeting her and she was one of the most beutiful persons I have ever met. Her spirit was amazing and she made you realize she is just like us however she has an ability to bring us to a place we didn't know existed.Leggi tutto
