Billboard Live Presents Alicia Keys LIVE at The Apollo

How were tickets distributed to this event?
The Apollo box office said that Thursday is a Private Event and they had nothing to do with Tickets.
They don't even have it listed on their calendar. Neither does Ticketmaster who usually handles Apollo tickets (and Alicia's for that matter as well).
Wish I knew how to get in.
I realize that this is a special event but Diamond Fan Club membership doesn't help either, with this or any of the shows this tour since they gave American Express members first crack at the five shows that have gone on sale NOT IN ADDITION TO but INSTEAD OF Fan Club members who paid for that first crack.
They charged twice what they said they would and then passed the buck from Echomusic who charged my card to Sony music who supposedly took over Fan Club memberships.
No one will take any responsibility or fix the situation or even answer questions about why the Fan Club was esentially shut down (at least if you wanted first crack at tickets) just two months after they made a big push to Renew your membership.

What is up with all of that?
I love Alicia and don't want to sound bitter or get bounced from this site but SERIOUSLY, what is up with all of that????

Alicia - Keep doing what you do, Just get someone else to handle your Fan Club and merchandise side of things.
