Alicia I must admit I hadn't listened to any of your music for quite some time. I hadn't listened to anyones music at all for for quite some time. I was caught up in a lot of other things like working seven days a week, grandkids coming, babysitting, things like that. Then one day while my daughter and I were driving she introduced me to your song, UNTHINKABLE, and I was like I remember her. She sang FALLIN. Well I'm getting caught up in the music again. I love the new album and I'm so glad my daughter reminded me of my love for music. Also, congratulations on your little one. You just don't even realize what a joy it's going to be. I'm so glad everything is ok with the fall. My daughter fell twice when she was expecting and she didn't have on those heels either. But she even says and I can attest balance is a concern at this time. Anyway I really enjoy listening to your new album especially, PRAY FOR FORGIVENESS. After reading many of the reviews, I see that there are a great number of people who love "The Element of Freedom" album just as much as I do! I'm actually not even surprised, considering the fact that Alicia Keys is extremely creative and talented!!!! She's also very gorgeous with a beautiful personality and heart! I'm a HUGE fan and can't begin to express how much I admire her as a person and artist! I absolutely love all of her music! I saw her in concert for the first time in March 2010 at Madison Square Garden, and the show was amazing!! I flew all the way from Chicago to NYC to see her perform in her hometown, and that is a day I will always remember! I love every song on "The Element of Freedom"!!!! I bought it the first day it hit the stores, and I'm still playing it 6 months later! My favorites (in order) are:

"Love Is Blind" (I am absolutely in LOVE with this song! I have played this song more then any song on the album! One day, I actually had it on repeat, lol! This is definitely a Classic!!)

"Try Sleeping with a Broken Heart"
"Un-Thinkable (I'm Ready)"
"How It Feels to Fly"
"Wait Til They See My Smile"

P.S. I would love to see her in concert again, and I can't wait until her next project!!!!!!

The Element of Freedom!!!! I am still speechless about this one.The compositions are just wonderful and beautiful. It's like you took every word that I was trying to say and put it to music. I understand every single song and nothing else plays on my computer, Ipod, or in my car. I listen to this everyday. I can listen to a song depending on how I feel that day and it always makes me feel better just like all of your other albums. I bought this album thinking the element of freedom I was going through a time in my life when I was searching for my own freedom and through the words of these songs on this album not only have I found my freedom but I have found love again.
